Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AI Transaction Coordinator ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

AI-TC provides AI-powered transaction coordination software for real estate professionals. The Service includes contract parsing, task management, deadline tracking, document storage, and automated communications.

User Accounts

Account Creation

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You must not share your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

Subscription and Payment

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. Your subscription will automatically begin after the trial period unless you cancel.

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not provide refunds for partial months
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' access to the Service
• Scrape or copy content without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI-TC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it for providing the Service.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI-TC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI-TC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
